So, this means that you have very little chance of winning any Neopoints, not very exciting! Personally I think they should change the name to “Wheel of Un-excitement” Below is a list of the negatives prizes:

• Skull gives you a disease.
• Fire Ghost burns your Neopets making them lose Neopoints.
• Dark Fairy lowers one of your Neopets abilities.
• Pant Devil steals one of your items.
• Lightning causes your Neopet damage.
• Question mark gives you ridiculous low amount of Neopoints.
  

Apart from the negatives listed above, the wheel will land on the 10,000np exactly on the hour. So, 150nps can earn you 10,000np if you precisely time when you visit the Wheel.
